Terms & Conditions (with effect from 19 May 2012)

  • To redeem your points, please present your original 112 Katong receipt/s, together with your NRIC, at our Concierge Counter on the same day of purchase. Each receipt presented must also bear the address of an outlet or shop in 112 Katong. Credit card charge slips, NETS receipts, and receipts from atrium sales, pushcarts, non-112 Katong tenants and the purchase of gift vouchers will not be accepted.
  • Receipts submitted for the claim must be for purchase/s made by the member and we reserve the right to request for proof of purchase.
  • For every $50 spent (maximum of 3 same-day combined receipts), you will earn one point – equivalent to $1 worth of free parking. You can redeem a maximum of 3 points per day.
  • Points earned within the periods set out below will expire as follows:

  • Points cannot be transferred to another party, refunded, or exchanged for cash or other items, in part or in full, at any time.
  • Points will be forfeited absolutely upon expiry and any request for extension will not be entertained.
  • The points earned will be automatically redeemed from your account to offset your parking charges when you exit the car park. If the points earned are insufficient to cover the parking charges, the balance will be deducted from your Cashcard.
  • In the event that 112 Katong’s car park system is out of service, your points will not be deducted and parking charges will be deducted from your Cashcard. In such an event, the Manager and Property Manager of 112 Katong is not obliged to reimburse or indemnify you in respect of the parking charges deducted from your Cashcard and shall further not be liable to you in respect of any breakdown, malfunction or defect in 112 Katong’s car park system.
  • 112 Katong reserves the right to disqualify any member of the scheme and to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, all decisions made by 112 Katong will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • By signing up as a 112 Katong Member, you are agreeing to a) all the Terms & Conditions of the Car Park Redemption Scheme, and b) receive future communication and promotional offers from 112 Katong.
  • 112 Katong tenants and their employees, and all season parking pass holders are not eligible to participate in this scheme.
  • This scheme is open to car owners only.
  • Subject to applicable law, other than to third-party service providers or agents who provide services to or in connection with the Car Park Redemption Scheme, we will not disclose personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your permission.
  • We may share aggregated, non-personally-identifiable information with third parties, such as advertised or business partners for marketing and promotional purposes.
